Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals for an International Voice Process role. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling international customer interactions and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients
• Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer queries
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Meet quality and performance benchmarks

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in an International Voice Process
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Immediate joiners only
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Note:

• Freshers are not eligible
• Candidates with only domestic experience will not be considered
• Healthcare process experience is not applicable
• Candidates with technical support experience will have an added advantage
