Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions within the IT industry.
- Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for open roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Analyze data to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an IT setting.
- Strong understanding of technical hiring processes and ability to source top talent from various sources (e.g., social media, professional networks).
- Excellent leadership hiring skills, including experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidate performance.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or other tools to manage candidate flow.
