Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead international teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's presence in the international market.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in managing international teams and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of the BPO industry and its trends.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience working with key clients and stakeholders.
