As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Good to have skills:Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Understanding of application integration techniques and APIs.
- Experience in scripting and automation to enhance application workflows.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
