Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation of S2P solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) modules
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solution designs
- Execute project phases including configuration, testing, deployment, and user training
- Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Support) to ensure seamless delivery
- Act as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders during implementation
- Prepare and maintain business and technical requirement documents
- Support solution design workshops and contribute to defining best-fit configurations
- Track project progress, risks, and action items, and drive them to closure
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong domain expertise in Procurement, preferably in S2P / P2P processes
- Hands-on experience in implementing procurement platforms (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, GEP SMART, Ivalua, Zycus)
- Solid understanding of implementation lifecycle and project delivery
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to solve business problems through a techno-functional approach
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
