Job Description: SAP FICO HANA Lead

Position Summary:

The SAP FICO Lead will be responsible for leading the FICO workstream in S/4HANA implementation projects, rollouts, or major AMS (Support) projects. They lead workshops, design complex financial solutions (greenfield or brownfield conversion), manage integration with logistical modules (MM/SD/PP), and mentor other team members to ensure delivery qualityKey Requirements:

Experience: 8 to 15+ years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience, with at least 23 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations as a lead.

HANA Expertise: Strong understanding of S/4HANA Architecture, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting, and Fiori Apps

Functional Knowledge: Deep expertise in GL, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
Methodology: Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery
