Job Description
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical college with registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Prior clinical exposure during internship, including rotations in ICU, OPD, Emergency Medicine, Ward, and OT.
- Proficiency in basic life support (BLS) and familiarity with advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) protocols.
- Hands-on experience or training in intubation techniques, ventilator management, and central line procedures.
- Strong understanding of emergency care protocols and patient stabilization techniques.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced clinical environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic hospital information systems.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and continuous professional development.
