Job Description
Process : O2C APMEA
Location: Goregaon East
Shift Timings : 7.30am to 4.30 pm
Key Responsibilities
Managerial and Functional Responsibilities
- Understand the Sales contracts & support in preparation of Proforma Invoice.
- Processing of Sales Invoice to Microsoft AX
- Passing Customer receipts to Microsoft AX 2009 with the client payment advice and credits received in Bank.
- Follow up with Sites/Clients as and queries related to Billing, Payment advice, Reconciliation
- Onsite Retail sales Invoicing, Receipts recording, and reconciliation of Onsite Retail sales
- Ensure all unallocated cash is reconciled and cleared prior to month end.
- Handling disputes and exceptions
- Query resolution by interfacing with multiple stakeholders
- Managing delinquent accounts
- Adherence to TAT for processing of Invoicing & Client receipts application is a must.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: Min Graduate preferably: Commerce
Experience : 5-7 years of hands-on work experience in Order to Cash Process. Current ERP used is Microsoft AX 2009
Functional Competencies :
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Ability to work with Senior Management, understand the business challenges and provide support.
- Very good interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
- Timely mail & follow up on Billing queries & remittance advices
- Escalate issues, deviations, and non-compliance to Manager
- Maintaining high level of accuracy while entering the details into ERP.
- Meet SLAs and KPIs for the assigned Process
- Basic understanding of India GST rules
- Expertise in Excel
