Job Description

ZF Group is hiring for Manufacturing Engineering/ Process engineering/ Industrial Engineering in Commercial Vehicles Systems.
Job Location: Chennai - Mahindra World City
Experience: 5+ years
Qualification: Diploma/ Engineering
Working Days: 6 Days
Skills: CNC Programming in VMC & HMC machines, Cutting tool selection, Soft skills (PFD, PFMEA etc)

Job Description:
- Understanding of Product drawing, Develop Detailed PFD (Process Flow Diagram),PFMEA, Control Plan and Work instructions. Capacity enhancement, Couple / Decouple operations for maximum VA
- Assembly process like Pressing, Tightening, Leak testing and Performance testing. Pneumatic & Electrical circuits for End off line
- New Machine selection, New fixture development, validation and Prove out in line. Solving of perineal Quality issues in ongoing assembly lines. Proving of Assembly process thru capability (MSA)
- Line balancing, MSD and Manpower optimization. Establish Lean Equipment Specification. SHE, Capability, Cycle Time, Labour, TPM
- Perform Productivity, Quality, Safety and Ergonomics improvements
Your profile:
- 6 years hands-on experience in Assembly process planning engineering, new product development.
- Must be familiar with Assembly process like Tightening, Pressing, Leak testing, Performance testing.
- Must have knowledge on understanding of fixture drawings, GDT, Basics of Hydraulic and pneumatic elements. Knowledge in SMED, MSD, SWCT Line balancing, MSA.
- Must possess implementation knowledge on innovation / new initiatives in Machine, Tool, Gauges Jigs and Fixtures.
- Capacity enhancement, De-bottlenecking, Re-engineering, Low Cost Automation.
- Must be familiar with design and implementation of material handling and internal logistics.
