Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives with experience in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to handle airline reservations and travel-related queries. The role involves assisting customers with bookings, changes, cancellations, and providing accurate travel information while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Communicate with global customers via calls, chat, and email in a professional manner

  • Handle customer queries related to travel bookings (flights, hotels, etc.)
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate and complete information using available tools and systems
  • Resolve complaints within defined timelines and ensure proper follow-up
  • Adhere to company communication guidelines, policies, and processes

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of hospitality/travel industry (flights, hotels, bookings)
  • Ability to work in a blended process (voice + non-voice)
  • Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Culture & Benefits

  • 5.5-day work week with rotational offs
  • Rotational shifts (including evening/night shifts)

  • 180/day travel allowance for male employees (evening/night shifts)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months of BPO/customer support experience
  • Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Prior experience in customer support or client servicing roles preferred
  • Versant Level: C1 (Advanced proficiency)
