Job Description
About the Role:
- The Jr. Executive / Executive - Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling HR-related content to enhance internal branding and employee engagement. This role is pivotal in transforming HR initiatives into creative assets that resonate with our workforce across various digital and physical platforms.
- The incumbent will report to the AGM - HR Strategy, Org Effectiveness, Employee Engagement, L&D & CSR. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Creative Design: Develop high-quality Canva posts, announcement creatives, and social media assets for internal HR updates.
- Engagement Support: Design posters, banners, and digital collateral for employee engagement activities, festivals, and corporate events.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all designs adhere to company brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh and professional aesthetic.
- Content Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to understand project requirements and translate ideas into impactful visual stories.
- Ad-hoc Requests: Support miscellaneous design requirements such as newsletter layouts, presentation decks, and policy infographics.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design templates and raw assets for quick turnaround and future use.
Key Result Areas:
- Deliver high-quality, professional creatives on time, ensuring brand consistency and visual appeal.
- Improve employee engagement metrics by creating visually stimulating and easy-to-digest communication assets.
- Maintain a structured design repository, focusing on organized asset management and easy accessibility.
- Standardize internal communication templates, enhance visual storytelling, and promote a cohesive employer brand.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in graphic design; we warmly welcome freelancers transitioning to corporate, individuals returning from maternity breaks, and differently-abled professionals.
- Proficiency in MS-Office applications & G-Suite is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
