Role Details

The Client Account Officer is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing customers of the Bank through proactive outbound calling. The position focuses on cross-selling banking products, enhancing account value, and delivering superior customer service, while consistently achieving assigned business targets.

Overall Job Description

• Manage a designated portfolio of existing bank customers through outbound telecalling
• Achieve assigned sales and cross-sell targets for the Banks products and services
• Proactively identify customer needs through effective profiling and recommend suitable products
• Enhance the value of existing Current and Savings Accounts through product penetration
• Deliver accurate information on products, services, and offers to customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and solution-oriented interactions
• Maintain call quality standards, compliance requirements, and internal process guidelines
• Record customer interactions and update relevant systems accurately and timely

Education and Work Experience Requirements

Minimum qualification is graduate in any stream

0-5 years of experience in:

• BPO Sales
• Phone Banking
• Tele-sales or Customer Contact Centers (preferred)
