- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Planning and Budgeting (EPBCS).
- Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within enterprise planning and budgeting environments.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance of complex software applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within planning and budgeting systems.Additional Information:
