Job Description
Tcs is hiring for PRA-Interline role.
Qualification:- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.
Shift- Rotational 24/7
Criteria:
Processing of Outgoing billings to Other airlines , Auditing/Checking the Incoming Billing from Other Airlines & settlement of disputes arising out of the Outgoing and Incoming Billings
Domain Requirements:
- IATA UFTAA Certified / Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred
- Fare Filing & Fare auditing Knowledge Preferable not mandatory
- Knowledge of GDS/ Amadeus / ATPCO preferable.
- 1-5 years experience in Interline preferred
Other Requirements:
Ability to cross-train/re-train and learn new processes quickly .
Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Willing to work in shifts
