Job Description: Diversity Project Manager (T2 / T3 Development & Support)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Diversity Project Manager to lead and manage both development (T3) and support (T2) projects. This role requires strong project management fundamentals, hands-on coordination with technical teams, and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, eager to learn new technologies, and comfortable working across support and development lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of T3 development projects and T2 support initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects using appropriate methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall as applicable).
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
Support & Operations (T2)
- Oversee T2 support operations including incident, problem, and change management.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational performance targets.
- Coordinate with teams for issue escalation, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
- Drive continuous improvement in support processes and service quality.
Stakeholder & Team Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client, business stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT teams.
- Facilitate regular status updates, steering committee meetings, and risk reviews.
- Motivate and guide the teams.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation.
- Pilot and implement new tools, technologies, or frameworks to improve delivery efficiency and service quality.
- Encourage a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.
Risk, Quality & Compliance
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure quality standards, security, and compliance requirements are met across projects.
- Maintain proper project documentation and delivery governance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
- Proven experience managing both development (T3) and support (T2) projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, IT support models, and service management concepts (ITIL knowledge preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in parallel.
Desired / Nice-to-Have Skills
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or ITIL certification.
- Experience in innovation initiatives, automation, DevOps, or digital transformation projects.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, enterprise applications, or modern development stacks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams.
