Mandatory

Expert level SQL / SQL Server skills (query design, tuning, indexing, partitioning)
Proven experience handling large, complex, high volume datasets
Deep understanding of transactional systems and data consistency
Strong experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking platforms

Good to Have

.NET / C# backend development experience
Exposure to microservices or service oriented architectures
Experience with batch processing, EOD / EOM jobs
Familiarity with Agile delivery and CI/CD practices

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
Ability to lead through influence and technical credibility
Excellent communication with business and technical stakeholders
Ownership mindset with focus on system reliability and performance
