Lead UAT sessions with stakeholders

Collaborate with developers to validate fixes

Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

Provide clear documentation & reporting

Monitor KPIs & recommend optimizations

Champion quality in Agile ceremonies

What Were Looking For

Experience: 5 to 7 years in software testing (distributed/high-performance systems preferred)

Tech Skills: Selenium, CI/CD, API testing (Postman), monitoring tools, microservices exposure

Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, problem-solver

Communication: Strong English skills for global teamwork
