Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and technical standards. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and developing integration flows and APIs within cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-native application development and deployment practices.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
