Eligibility:

• Any 12th pass can apply for this role.
• Required Excellent fluency in English ,Hindi & Bengali Language
• Typing speed 25 to 30 WPM.

Salary:

English + Hindi: 15,000 CTC- 12,500 In-hand

English + Bengali: 15,000 CTC- 12,500 In-hand

Hindi + Bengali: 13,500 CTC- 10,900 In-hand

Performance based incentives

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling and Solving customer queries via chat and call.
• Maintain high quality communication standards and customer satisfaction.
• Provide real time assistance on order status, billing, technical support, or general service queries.
• Stay updated on products, processes, and promotions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when required.
