Job Description
Job Title: Network Forti gate Firewall
Experience Range: 4-10 years
Job Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Delhi
Virtual Interview Date: 7th April (Tuesday) or 8th April (Wednesday) or 9th April (Thursday) or 10th April (Friday)
Timing : 10am to 4pm
Job Summary :
L2 Network Security Engineer Fortinet FW
Excellent knowledge and hands on experience on Fortinet Firewalls with Forti Manager (Deployment and Operations)
Excellent knowledge on VPNs, ACLs, NAT/PAT etc.
Should worked as Network Admin
Strong understanding & extensive experience with Network protocols BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IPSec NAT PAT and MPLS.
Working experience on Cisco Switches Routers and Arista Network devices and understanding of switching technologies VLAN, VTP, DTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, Port Channel etc.
Data Center Nexus, Catalyst L2/L3 Switches, Wi-Fi Basics
Excellent Communication skills
Good-to-Have Cisco certificationany other networking certifications. Fortinet Certified Professional (NSE4 and NSE5)
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Regular Operations Support. Should work in 24*7 support
2 Experience in implementation and configuration on protocols and wireless devices
3 Firmware/IOS upgrade of Switch/Router/Firewalls
4 Working closely with our various teams across the organization to ensure fast, smooth rollout of resolving issues.
5 Knowledge and understanding of DNS and DHCP
6 Troubleshoot on call on L1, L2, L3 issues.
7 Monitoring Tools: Solar winds. Good understanding on Lancope, wireshark
8 Investigate and diagnose Incidents, attempt to resolve them or escalate/refer them to appropriate team
9 Participate in daily/weekly/monthly status calls with clients.
10 Working on Issues on SDWAN an Any connect environment.
