Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI agents and multi-agent systems
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) into scalable, production-grade systems
- Implement semantic search using embeddings
- Develop workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions
- Continuously evaluate and improve model performance using feedback loops and metrics
- Design AI systems with high reliability, scalability, and low-latency response times
- Implement guardrails and safety mechanisms to control hallucinations, toxicity and undesired outputs
- Apply PII detection and masking/anonymization techniques to ensure data privacy and compliance
- Establish observability frameworks (logging, tracing, monitoring) for LLM pipelines and agent workflows
- Ensure security best practices in model access, API usage, and data handling
- Maintain versioning and reproducibility for prompts, models, and datasets
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience with LLM pretraining and advanced fine-tuning
- Familiarity with GenAI guardrail tools (e.g., content filtering, policy enforcement frameworks)
- Experience with observability tools for LLMs (e.g., tracing and evaluation
- platforms)
- Knowledge of PII detection frameworks and data privacy regulations
- Experience building automated testing pipelines for GenAI applications
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices
- Experience deploying production-grade AI systems
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI engineering
