Job Description

Hiring | Retail Pharmacist Tata 1mg | Delhi Join Tata 1mgs B&M Retail team and play a key role in delivering high-quality pharmacy services, seamless operations, and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day retail store operations and drive sales performance
• Ensure accurate medicine dispensing as per valid prescriptions
• Handle inventory management, stock audits & expiry control
• Provide excellent customer service (in-store & online channels)
• Maintain billing, compliance & SOP standards
• Support store merchandising and promotional activities

Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Bachelors in Pharmacy (D.Pharm / B.Pharm)
• Valid Delhi State Pharmacy License (Mandatory)
• 13 years of experience in retail pharmacy (preferred)
• Strong communication and customer handling skills
• Basic computer & pharmacy software knowledge
