Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced Generative AI models to solve complex problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies.
- Develop scalable and efficient AI algorithms to enhance product offerings.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a culture of learning.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology (B.Tech) or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Generative AI, NLP, and Artificial Intelligence. - Proven track record of successfully deploying AI models in production environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
