Job Description
Role & responsibilities :-
Engineering & Integration :-
- Design, develop, and support AWS-based integrations across internal and third-party systems
- Build utility tools and automation scripts that accelerate development and operational efficiency
- Enable and implement test automation frameworks to ensure quality and release readiness
- Develop reconciliation mechanisms to validate and audit system actions across AI pipelines .
AI/ML & LLM Development :-
- Explore and evaluate new ML models and emerging AI techniques.
- Conduct structured experiments with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, etc.)
- Fine-tune pre-trained models on organization-specific data and use cases to improve accuracy, relevance, and domain alignment
- Design and implement multiple architectural patterns RAG, agentic, fine-tuning, hybrid based on use case requirements
- Document findings, benchmarks, and architecture decisions for internal review
Collaboration & Execution :-
- Engage proactively with IT stakeholders, business teams, and external vendors as needed
- Translate requirements into executable technical plans with clear milestones and committed timelines
- Treat deadlines as non-negotiable plan proactively, communicate early on risks, and never miss a commitment without prior escalation
- Operate with a no-excuse execution mindset own deliverables end-to-end, eliminate dependencies as blockers, and deliver on time, every time
- Maintain visibility of all ongoing tasks and provide structured progress updates to reporting manager
Required Skills & Qualifications :-
- 23 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or a related software engineering role with strong AI exposure from BFSI Industry.
