1. Management Trainee / Associate - Finance / Business Planning
Job Title: Associate Business Planning & Budgeting

Role Summary:
We are hiring an CA INTER / MBA Fresher Finance as a Management Trainee to manage Business Planning & Budgeting will support financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking for the organization. The role involves analyzing business data, preparing MIS reports, and assisting in strategic decision-making through financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and business plans
- Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget) and provide actionable insights
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports and dashboards
- Track and analyze business KPIs, cost metrics, and revenue trends
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection, validation, and reporting
- Assist in building and updating financial models and projections
- Monitor budget utilization and support cost control initiatives
- Provide data support for management reviews and strategic decisions
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Associate Level (03 Years): CA Inter OR MBA (Finance) / M.Com /
- 27 years of experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, MIS, or Analytics OR Freshers INTER CA /MBA Finance
Management Trainee (MBA Freshers will be taken):
- MBA (Finance) Freshers are welcome
- Strong academic background with finance specialization
- Internship/project exposure in finance, MIS, or analytics is preferred
Required Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic financial modeling)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good understanding of financial statements and budgeting concepts
- Ability to handle large datasets and generate insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Power BI / Looker Studio / reporting tools (preferred)

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Hiring Note:
- Experienced or Freshers Open to hiring Management Trainees (MBA Finance Freshers) with strong Excel and analytical skills
- Candidates with hands-on exposure to data analysis, dashboards, or MIS reporting will be preferred
- This role provides strong exposure to NBFC financial planning, portfolio analytics, and business strategy
