Job Description
Job Title: Relationship Manager - Motor Insurance
About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our Field Sales team, specializing in Motor Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and creating a robust distribution network by working closely with agency partners/agents.
Locations:
Bhavnagar, Surendranagar, Jamnagar, Morbi, Botad, Bhuj, Gandhidham, Botad, Amreli, Mehsana, Patan, Palanpur, Himmatnagar, Ahemdabad, Gandhinagar, Navsari, Bharuch, Ankleshwar
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and activate new agency partners/agents.
- Primary role: Drive sales of motor insurance products through the established agency network.
- Provide on-the-ground support to partners/agents by traveling with them for sales calls and taking ownership of closing sales.
- Conduct continuous training programs for agents to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Requirements & Skills:
- Experience: Should be from an insurance broking background with 1+ years of experience in an agency role background.
- Knowledge: Sound knowledge of retail motor insurance.
- Sales Driven: Must be sales-driven and focused on achieving targets.
- Market Understanding: Strong understanding of market trends and competitor products.
- Communication: Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and good convincing power.
- Analytical Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Travel: Should be willing to travel extensively.
