Designation- Project Manager -Assessment & Rating (Medical & Allied Healthcare Colleges) Nature of Post -Young Professional

Professional Fee:- INR 1- 1.5 Lakhs per month
Nature of Engagement - Initially for a period of 6 months (re-engagement shall be based on performance & subject to project requirement)

Age Min. 35 years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to oversee assessment and rating programmes for medical and allied
healthcare colleges. This role demands full ownership of programme delivery, integrating project management, stakeholder leadership, and quality assurance to propel high-impact evaluation initiatives across institutions. The candidate will work at the crossroads of healthcare education, accreditation systems, and large-scale programme delivery,
ensuring that assessment frameworks are eectively applied and continually enhanced.

Role Mandate:


  • Lead the end-to-end execution of assessment and rating programmes.
  • Manage relationships with institutions and stakeholder networks.
  • Ensure excellence in delivery across quality, timelines, and scale.
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen framework.

Key Responsibilities


1. Program Leadership and Implementation

  • Led the planning and execution of large-scale assessment and rating projects across medical and allied healthcare colleges.
  • Own programme lifecycle.
  • Ensure:
    o Timely delivery
    o Quality assurance
    o Standardization across institutions
  • Oversee the delivery of programs across multiple institutions and locations concurrently.

2. Assessment Frameworks & Quality Assurance

  • Lead deployment and refinement of:
    o Assessment frameworks.
    o Evaluation rubrics.
    o Accreditation-aligned methodologies.

  • Ensure consistency and integrity in:
    o Assessment frameworks
    o Evaluation rubrics
    o Accreditation-aligned methodologies

  • Ensure consistency and integrity in:
    o Data collection
    o Evaluation processes
    o Reporting standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement of assessment systems

3. Stakeholder & Institutional Management

  • Own relationships with:
    o College leadership (Deans, Principals, Management)
    o Regulatory bodies and councils
    o External assessors and domain experts
  • Act as a strategic point of contact for institutions
  • Lead:
    o Review discussions
    o Issue resolution
    o Engagement continuity

4. Assessment Operations & Field Execution

  • Oversee:
    o Assessor onboarding and allocation
    o Site visit planning (on-ground & virtual)
    o Documentation and compliance processes

  • Ensure seamless execution of:
    o Pre-assessment preparation
    o On-site evaluations
    o Post-assessmnet reporting

  • Monitor field-level challenges and resolve proactively.

5. Training, Communication & Capacity Building

  • Lead orientation and training programs for:
    o Institutions
    o Assessors

  • Deliver high-quality presentations on:
    o Frameworks
    o Evaluation methodologies
    o Process expectations

  • Build institutional understanding of quality benchmarks

6. Data, Reporting & Insights

  • Own program-level data tracking and reporting:
    o Performance dashboards
    o Institutional reports
    o Program insights
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of:
    o Assessment data
    o Reports and submissions
  • Use data to:
    o Identify trends
    o Improve frameworks
    o Support decision-making

7. Technology & Process Excellence

  • Drive adoption of:
    o Digital assessment tools
    o Work flow platforms
    o Reporting dashboards

  • Build and streamline:
    o SOPs
    o Execution playbooks
    o Scalable processes

8. Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Manage and guide:
    o Coordinators / Analysts
    o Field teams
    o External partners.

  • Ensure team alignment with:
    o Timelines
    o Quality standards
    o Program goals

Required Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in: MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, BSMS in Medical / Healthcare.
Or
Allied Sciences: M.Sc. (Nursing, Life Sciences, Allied Health)


Experience:-

5-8 years of experience in:

  • Program / Project Management
  • Healthcare or education sector
  • Accreditation/quality assurance / institutional assessment

Proven experience in:

  • Managing multi-stakeholder projects
  • Working with colleges/universities /regulatory bodies
  • Handling end-to-end program execution

    o English & Hindi (mandatory)

  • 6. Technology Proficiency .
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) .
  • Familiarity with:

o Data systems

o Assessment platforms
o Dashboards
o AI/ ML
