Job Description

Job Summary

The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of international operations to ensure compliance with client standards and internal benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality audits on calls, cases, or transactions
  • Analyze performance trends and identify process gaps
  • Provide detailed feedback and coaching to operations teams
  • Maintain quality reports, dashboards, and audit documentation
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Support calibration sessions and quality compliance reviews
  • Assist in training and refresher programs

  • Strong analytical and auditing skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of international quality frameworks and SLAs
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
