Job Description
The Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships within the jewellery showroom. The role involves assisting customers in selecting suitable jewellery, ensuring accurate billing, and maintaining showroom standards.
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate jewellery products.
- Explain product features, pricing, quality standards, and certification details.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery items to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper display and handling of jewellery in the showroom.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Handle billing processes accurately using POS systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow company policies related to safety, security, and inventory handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good product knowledge of gold, diamond, and other jewellery
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Basic computer and billing knowledge
