Roles and Responsibilities:
Maintain detailed knowledge of product and service offering to customers.
Help to teach our customer how to selfservice through our internal website.
Apply professional attitude and image for all internal and external customers.
Responsible for handling the day-to-day functions at the branch, servicing customers, handling queries, complaints and requirements of customers
Provide professional customer service to achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
Cross selling of new products and services for both new and existing customers
Equipment Knowledge: Telephone, PC/Computer keyboard, Printer, Calculator, Fax machine, Copy machine
Selection Procedure: Selection will be based on short listing and one or more rounds of Personal Interview
