Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain HRSD solutions using ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement process improvements.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, and integrations to meet client needs.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for IT service management processes.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong experience of HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module in ServiceNow.
• Experience with case management, incident management, problem management, change management modules/other HRSD Modules.
