Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle international calls from clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
  • Process transactions, answer questions, and address concerns related to banking products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO) environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for handling diverse accents and languages.
  • Ability to work on night shifts as per business requirements.
