Job Description

Designation-

  • Associate Customer Support / Sr. Associate Customer Support

Location- Bangalore Electronic City, Phase 2

Education Qualification-

  • UG Can apply / Any Graduate can apply.

Work experience-

  • Both fresher & experienced can apply

Soft skills requirement-

  • Excellent verbal communication skill and polite writing skill in English
  • Solving customer issues accurately and promptly
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanour and portrays the company in a positive light
  • Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures
  • Annotate contact topic and actions in Amazon tools Maintains email handle time, while remaining friendly and informative (after call email to customers)
  • Maintains productivity and quality standards
  • Actively seeks solutions and identifies trends to appropriate personnel including possible solutions or suggestions
  • Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for customer responses
  • All other duties as assigned

Interview Structure-

  • Typing Test min 20 WPM and 80% accuracy
  • SVAR: 58 or above
  • Operations Round.

Working hours and ammenities-

  • Shift timing: Graveyard shift (1 AM to 10 AM)
  • 5 days working
  • 2 days fixed week off (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Both side cab service will be provided

Payouts

  • 3.1 LPA to 4.75 LPA (No planned leave for upcoming 3 months after joining)
