Job Description
Role- Data scientist
Year of Experience- 10 to 18 years
Location-Pan India
Required Skill set- Python, PySpark, ML-Ops, NLP, AWS/ GCP/ Azure
Data Scientist:
- 10+ yrs of industry experience on customer projects involving model development and deployment
- Provide AI/ML solution to business problems in BFSI domain and work with relevant stakeholders to provide actionable insights and data science solutions
- Hands-on model selection, training and tuning
- Data processing, feature engineering, feature selection and model fitting for in memory and out of memory data
- Hands on knowledge of Python, SQL and related ecosystem of frameworks for model development and deployment (scikit-learn, Keras, tensorflow, pytorch, tensorflow, nltk, sagemaker)
- Strong understanding of statistical modelling/machine learning/data mining/NLP/computer science concepts. Application of these across multiple deliverables in production with real users. NLP/Text analytics experience is required.
- Expertise in working with Large Language Models, particularly GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) variants
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP etc) for model development and preferably deployment
- Ability to apply mathematics, machine learning, or quantitative analysis to solve sophisticated problems and deliver innovative solutions with keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills: ability to tell a clear, concise, actionable story with data, to folks across various levels of the company.
Good to Have -
- Knowledge of Big Data tools and computational analytics is plus
- Spark/pyspark, model development and deployment on cloud, model serving
- Graph data modelling, graph analytics/data science, graph dashboard/reports visualization and hands on graph analytics tools/dbs (e.g. neo4j/tigergraph, networkX, graphx)
