Job Description

Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter US Staffing
Company: Cogent Infotech
Location: Remote (Initial 3 Months) | Onsite Guindy (Chennai)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Non-IT Recruiter with US Staffing experience to manage hiring across Retail, Cosmetic, and Beauty domains. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based non-IT roles
Work across domains such as Retail, Cosmetic, Beauty, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on client requirements
Utilize job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder) and ATS tools (JobDiva)
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Coordinate interviews, client feedback, and closures
Ensure compliance with US staffing processes (W2, C2C, 1099)

Requirements

15years of experience in US Staffing (Non-IT roles mandatory)
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Good understanding of US hiring process and tax terms
Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job boards
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Experience

Client exposure to Retail, Cosmetic, and Beauty domains is highly preferred

Additional Details

Salary: (Based on experience & last drawn)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred
Work Mode: Remote initially, followed by onsite (Guindy, Chennai)
Shift: US Shift
