Data Scientist Financial Modelling & AWS

We are seeking a hands-on Data Scientist experienced in financial modelling and proficient in leveraging the AWS ecosystem to develop scalable, production-ready solutions.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Should demonstrate hands-on AWS experience
• Experience with Segmentation, Classification & time series ML models. - this is not an AI/LL project
• Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL for efficient data processing, feature engineering, and model development.
• proven experience in code management practices in corporate environment and GitLab
• Extensive experience working with AWS tools including SageMaker Studio and data integration tools such as AWS Glue.
• Proven ability to read and transform data from multiple data lakes and data warehouses, including S3, Athena, and Snowflake, either via SageMaker or AWS Glue.
• Business experience with mortgage-related use cases, able to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with Amazon Quick Sight & React/JavaScript is a plus
