Role Overview
We are hiring a Customer Service Executive Refunds with strong knowledge of airline refund processes. The candidate should be well-versed in ticket refunds, airline rules, and fare components, and capable of handling refund-related queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle airline ticket refund requests accurately and within TAT
Process involuntary and voluntary refunds
Work on partial and full refunds as per airline policies
Apply correct YQ / YR taxes during refund calculations
Use geo codes and airport codes correctly
Ensure compliance with airline and company refund guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve refund discrepancies
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory IATA Certification
Good hands-on knowledge of:
Airline refunds
Voluntary & involuntary refunds
Geo codes & airport codes
YQ / YR taxes
Good communication and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in refund processing
Shift Timings
Rotational shifts:
7:00 AM 4:00 PM
4:30 PM 1:30 AM
Saturday & Sunday off
Salary & Benefits
Salary: 18,000 23,000 per month
Travel Allowance: 3,500
Performance-Based Incentives: Up to 2,750
