Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time Management (TM) Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and enhancement of SAP HCM Time Management processes. The role involves working closely with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate time data processing and compliance with business and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM Time Management modules including:
- Work schedules and shift planning
- Time evaluation (PE configuration)
- Absence and attendance types
- Leave management and holiday calendars
- Overtime and premiums
- Integrate Time Management with SAP Payroll and other HCM sub-modules
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time recording, time evaluation, and payroll integration
- Support system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and ensure data accuracy
- Provide production support and manage change requests
- Prepare functional documentation and configuration guides
- Support statutory and compliance requirements related to working time and leave policies
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and interfaces
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management (TM)
- Good understanding of time evaluation schemas, PCRs, and rules
- Experience with integration between Time Management and Payroll
- Knowledge of:
- Work schedules
- Absence/attendance quotas
- Public holiday calendars
- Ability to debug time evaluation issues and analyze logs
- Experience in SAP support and/or implementation projects
- Strong analytical and communication skills
