Project Role :Scrum MasterProject Role Description :Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

As a Scrum Master, your day revolves around fostering an environment where the software development team can thrive using Agile methodologies. You will facilitate key Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration among team members. Your role involves continuously supporting the team by addressing challenges that may hinder progress and maintaining a steady focus on project goals. You will also monitor and communicate the team''s progress through relevant metrics, helping to align efforts and drive successful delivery. Your presence ensures that the team remains motivated, organized, and aligned with the overall objectives throughout the development cycle.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance Agile practices and improve team dynamics.
- Identify and remove impediments that obstruct the team s progress to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a learning environment. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Agile Process Coaching.
- Good to have skills:Experience with Generative AI, Health Insurance Operations, Agile Project Management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and principles, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
- Experience in tracking and reporting project progress using Agile metrics and tools.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving to support team cohesion and productivity.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Agile Process Coaching.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
