Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT/Non-IT domain to manage core HR operations. The role will focus on employee lifecycle management, orientation & induction, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, employee-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced IT environment.


Key Responsibilities


Orientation & Induction

  • Plan and conduct new hire orientation and induction programs for employees
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience and proper communication of company policies, culture, and processes
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure system access, documentation, and readiness for new joiners
  • Act as the first point of contact for new employees during their initial period

HR Operations

  • Manage endtoend employee lifecycle processes (joining, confirmation, transfer, exit)
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates
  • Ensure timely issuance of HR letters (offer, confirmation, appraisal, exit documents, etc.)

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances professionally and confidentially
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and communication activities
  • Support managers in building a positive and compliant work culture

Performance & Policy Implementation

  • Coordinate performance management cycles and appraisal documentation
  • Communicate and ensure adherence to HR policies and processes
  • Support policy rollout, amendments, and internal HR communications

Reporting

  • Assist in HR audits and internal reviews
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards as required
