Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for understanding the requirement from business, document the same as BR/functional specification document, support to API team, development team and testing team. Tracking of the project with the help of project manager responsive. He/ She would be also responsible to experiment, explore and demonstrate application of new technologies by means of conducting quick prototypes to solve business problems. Work with the direction from Solution Architect/ Enterprise Architect and co-create solutions with the rest of the IT delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Business Requirement for B2B pre Sales inall systems of b2b specially lead management, Quote,Governance, and Lead recruitment system
Provide consultancy to businesses for their IT needson pre Sales application and processes.
End to end responsibility and ownership of solutionsfrom Designing till their implementation (done inProject Mode)
Ensure Production support including audit findings areclosed within TAT and weekly/monthly review withbusiness partner Ensure system performance anduptime
Review Work closely with various business partnersand other departments to create future proof solutionscovering digital, automation, APIs, integration andResource management Evaluating andimplementing new frameworks, tools as part ofprojects
Provide technical expertise in solving/troubleshootingperformance & other non-functional requirements
Training & Knowledge Management within the teamand stakeholders
Ensure quality deliveries are done on time forSIT/UAT, provide testing support
Own/review - compliance/IS/data leakage open pointsfor the system
To maintain a healthy working relationship with thebusiness users and other members of the IT TeamKey competencies/skills required:
At least 3 years of experience in design &Development
Experience on life insurance pre Sales will be anadded advantage
Have strong ability to troubleshoot the applicationand interface related problems
End to End designing of applications with backendintegration
Passionate Problem Solver and Can do attitude,self-driven with sound communication
