Designation: Senior Officer
Shift - US Shift
Work mode - Remote
Location Preferred - Chennai or Bangalore

Job Summary:
We are seeking a team member for our Offer Management team that supports the Talent Acquisition team (Americas &EMEA) during US working hours. This team works exclusively on the ATS that we use for our recruitment process to release offers once a candidate is selected and tracks any changes to be made in the ATS till the candidate joins. This role requires diligence to ensure multiple check points are cleared which are aligned as per our internal processes and compliance requirements. Detail orientation and timely execution are key to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the internal processes, compliance requirements, ATS and the other connected tools that are integrated with it.
- Follow up with recruiters on onboarding issues and help with escalations in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by being accessible and approachable to recruiters, leads, delivery managers, and team members."
- Demonstrate flexibility by supporting team members during periods of increased workload or absence.
- Taking ownership to ensure work is completed promptly and seek support / escalate appropriately to ensure timely actions are taken.
- Communicate with stakeholders in a precise and effective manner orally and via emails.
Skills Required
- Min 3 years of experience in operational functions like recruitment, HR operation /back-office support
- Good communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Prior experience with any ATS systems would be desirable.
