Job Title: Senior AI/ML Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience in building scalable AI solutions that drive business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions from problem definition to production deployment
- Architect scalable and efficient ML pipelines and data workflows
- Design and implement advanced models (NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, etc.)
- Mentor junior engineers and guide best practices in ML development
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business problems into AI solutions
- Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability in production
- Drive adoption of MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, monitoring, model governance)
- Conduct research and apply cutting-edge techniques in AI/ML
- Ensure model explainability, fairness, and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters/PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 710 years of professional experience in AI/ML development
- Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks:
- TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Deep understanding of:
- Machine Learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning)
- Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers)
- Hands-on experience in productionizing ML models at scale
- Strong experience with:
- Data engineering (SQL, ETL pipelines)
- Big data technologies (Apache Spark, Hadoop)
- Experience with cloud platforms:
- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Proficiency in building APIs and microservices (FastAPI, Flask)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration:
- Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (Git, CI/CD)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face
- Experience in real-time ML systems and streaming data (Kafka)
- Prior experience in leading teams or technical projects
- Publications or contributions in AI/ML research (optional but valued)
