Solution Architect HNW Domain (Location Head: Bangalore)
Location: Bangalore (preferred) | Gurugram (acceptable)
Experience: 15+ years overall; strong Solution Architecture background
Team Context: Global architecture team of 200+ (40+ in India)
Role Overview
The Solution Architect leads endtoend architecture for the HNW domain, defining current and target states, driving modernization, and enabling strategic transformation. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role partners with senior business and technology leaders to deliver compliant, scalable, and futureready solutions while reducing legacy and technical debt.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Leadership
- Define and own endtoend solution architectures aligned to target state.
- Establish current/future state architectures and multiyear roadmaps.
- Drive modernization, simplification, and controlled techdebt reduction.
- Ensure quality attributes (performance, scalability, resilience, lifecycle).
Agile Delivery & Technical Direction
- Lead architecture for epics, features, and stories in scaled agile setups.
- Orchestrate delivery across multiple engineering and product teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, modelling, and impact assessments.
- Mentor teams and support you build it, you run it practices.
Stakeholder Management & Advisory
- Act as trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Influence strategy through factbased technical and commercial insight.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and governance requirements.
- Communicate complex architecture topics clearly at executive level.

Essential Skills & Experience
- 15+ years in technology with deep handson solution architecture experience.
- Proven leadership in scaled agile environments.
- Strong domain expertise in banking, financial services, capital markets.
- Experience in cloud architectures, integrations, modernization, and legacy decomposition.
- Strong decisionmaking, communication, and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
Qualifications.
- Architecture / cloud certifications (e.g., TOGAF) preferred.
