Project Role :Scrum MasterProject Role Description :Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Good to have skills :React.js, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Java Full Stack Development

In the role of Scrum Master, a typical day involves enabling the smooth operation of a software development team by fostering an environment that supports Agile practices. This includes guiding the team through various Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. The Scrum Master actively works to identify and remove any obstacles that may hinder the team''s progress, ensuring that members remain focused on their objectives. Additionally, the role requires monitoring and communicating the team''s progress through relevant metrics, while continuously supporting and mentoring the team to enhance their collaboration and productivity.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and adapting processes accordingly.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a learning environment. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Good to have skills:Experience with React.js, Java Full Stack Development, Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate across diverse teams.
- Experience in tracking and reporting project progress using relevant metrics.
- Skilled in identifying and resolving impediments to maintain team productivity.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
