As a Test Automation Lead, your day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced methodologies and tools. Your role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement and innovation in testing strategies, ensuring that the quality engineering function remains predictive and intelligent. You collaborate closely with various stakeholders to implement solutions that elevate the testing framework and support organizational goals for software quality.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices across projects.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing objectives with business requirements. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Experience in designing and executing performance test scripts using Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts, including load, stress, and endurance testing.
- Ability to analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve system performance.
- Familiarity with integrating LoadRunner with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test environment and execution.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
