Job Description

As a Sr. Software Engineer B2 you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and maintaining software solutions that enhance our service desk operations. Utilizing your expertise in AWS AngularJs SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and mySQL you will contribute to the creation of robust and scalable applications. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site during day shifts ensuring a balanced work-life integration.

• Develop and implement software solutions that align with business objectives and enhance service desk functionalities. Nice to have Skills : Python
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Utilize AWS to deploy manage and scale applications efficiently ensuring high availability and performance.
• Design user interfaces using AngularJs focusing on intuitive and responsive design principles.
• Write efficient SQL queries to manage and manipulate data within mySQL databases ensuring data integrity and security.
• Implement backend services using Spring Boot ensuring seamless integration with frontend applications.
• Leverage Java and JavaScript to create dynamic and interactive web applications that meet user needs.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues minimizing downtime and optimizing application performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software solutions.
• Collaborate with service desk teams to understand domain-specific challenges and develop tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all software development activities.
• Document software designs processes and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
