Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lab Technician to join our team in the Laboratory Medicine department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory medicine and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results with high accuracy and precision.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of test results and patient information.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to improve laboratory services.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as medical technology or laboratory science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in hospital or clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
