Key Responsibilities:

Drive in-store sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds and BEYON products
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Support billing, inventory, and daily store operations

Requirements:

retail sales experience (jewellery/luxury preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a sales-driven mindset
Presentable and well-groomed
