Job Description: SAP HR Mini Master Consultant
Role Summary
We are looking for a SAP HR Mini Master Consultant with strong experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) to manage, support, and maintain employee master data across the employee lifecycle. The role involves handling HR master data processes, configurations, and support activities while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage SAP HR Mini Master / Employee Master Data
- Handle complete employee lifecycle activities including:
- Hiring
- Transfers
- Promotions
- Separations and exits
- Configure and support SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA) components
- Work with Infotypes, Actions, Features, and dynamic actions
- Ensure accurate data maintenance across HR sub-modules
- Support PAOM integration and coordinate with relevant teams
- Perform data validation and support audit and compliance requirements
- Assist in resolving HR master datarelated tickets and issues
- Prepare documentation for processes, SOPs, and user guides
- Coordinate with Payroll and Time Management teams to ensure data consistency
- Support UAT and postproduction activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong handson experience in SAP HR Mini Master / SAP HCM PA
- Good knowledge of:
- Personnel Administration
- Infotypes and Actions
- Employee Master Data maintenance
- Experience working on SAP ECC HCM
- Understanding of HR business processes and data flow
- Ability to analyze issues and provide functional solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
